Hi bubblies!
How's everything going?
Hope all is well ya! :P
So, I was going to the Body Shop counter the other day because I was planning to buy their body mist. Instead of doing that, because they run out of my favorite scent, I bought this facial wash. :>
Well, I don't know much about Body Shop making a small size and separate purchases of skincare product now. Ahh call me lame -_-" As far as I know, if we intend to buy the small size, it's a packed of the whole line, which I don't need that much to change my whole skincare routine.
BUT now, as they provide us the mini sizes and separate purchases, I think it's a great chance for us, as a buyer, to try out first and considering ourself to buy the full size one, or even the whole line if you like it.
( sorry for the dirty object in the picture above :P )
For 60ml ( 2.0 US FL OZ ) it's only IDR. 29000 rupiahs ( around $ 2.90 Us Dollars )
It's relatively affordable as one purchases. Of course if you buy in full size it cost more cheaper than that. But it's a good size to try for a MONTH of using! ( twice application each day ). In fact, I already use this religiously for a month and almost gone through the bottle. >> And that's why, it deserves my reviewed post :P

I ♥ Tea Tree
********************************************************************
Ingredients : Aqua, Glycerin, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Polysorbate 20, Alcohol Denat, Panthenol, Melaleuca Altemifolia Leaf Oil, Calophyllum inophyllum Seed Oil, Allantoin, Citric Acid, p-Anisic Acid, Benzophenone-4, Menthol, Sodium Hydroxide, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane, Limonene, Leptospermum Petersonii Oil, t-Butyl Alcohol, Denatonium, Benzoate, Tocopherol, Caramel, Cl 19140, Cl 42090
Tea tree itself is already famous as ingredients to combat acne for skin. I
usually use tea tree as my acne spot treatments aside from my skincare
routine. And this Body Shop series also said specifically that it's
aimed for oily skin as well for acne prone skin.
Without further a due, here's my review..
It's a mild cleanser and doesn't feel harsh on my skin, I'd say it still suitable for a sensitive skin. *IMHO. But yes, it has a minty sensation afterwards. You'll feel fresh and awake after washing you're face with this.
It also said, it won't dried out your skin and it control excess oil on your face. Hmm.. yeah, about that.. For me personally, I'd say there's a downfall also while using this product. I'd say it doesn't do much for oil control in my face throughout the day, but it does pretty good for drying out my "active" acne, without stripping down the natural oil in my face. As a cleanser, I also find it doesn't cleanse my face well. I'd still find leftover dirt while using toner on my cotton pads. :/
Last word, I'd say this would be a good cleanser if you have active blemishes on top of your oily skin. Again, for cleaner face.. do not forget to use toner like what I've said earlier.
Would I find this as a good facial wash? YES, definitely. I love this, considering I'm breaking out pretty bad lately and there are "active" acne all over my face. It does help to dried out the acne.
But when I have a clearer skin from acne, I intend to switch to another product from The Body Shop also which is the "Seaweed" facial wash that said would most suitable as for the oil control. ( fyi: oil control will most likely to prevent acne, while tea tree is to cure acne )

Again, that's all in my humble opinion.
Every skin could be different :)
Hope this post helpful for you!
Good day all!
Smile :)
