❧❦ Review + Swatches : Lip on Lip Nourishing Lipstick + Lipbalm ❦❧

This is another lippies review + swatches that produced locally by Rohto.
As you know, Rohto may known for their eye drop treatments. But then, they began to care about beauty and skincare stuff. Like Hada Labo, Skin Aqua, Face on Face and now Lip on Lip.

So, I'm not sure about the price range or place you can get these. sowwyyy :(

But I do hope this review helpful for those who might want to get this yaa :D

☆ The Packaging ☆ 

As you can see, the tube is in a square shape. Quite unique & cute ya :)

Made from a lightweight plastic packaging, that's why they felt so handy and easy to travel with.

☆ The Dimension ☆
They are actually quite small..

 no primer. no base. lighting under day sunlight.

☆ The Pigmentation ☆  

 As you can tell, the pigmentation is sheer. Buildable, but tend to look sheer on the lips. Just giving a glossy effect and a hint of color on the lips. 
To get to the swatches above, I need 2-3 swipes. 


☆ The Texture ☆  

They all very creamy and easy to glide. That's why it felt moisturizing and not drying your lips, which I prefer for everyday use.
 

About the staying power, it's just so so.. I would say it's not long lasting. You have to re-apply in every hour or after you talking, eating or drinking. 

Also, it has a micro glitters in them. Sometimes when you need to wipe it off, the glitters could get all over the place. :(

For this shade, the glitters tend to look more gold.

This has a scents. Kind of an old lipstick formula scents mixture with orange candy scents.

This has a scents. Kind of an old lipstick formula scents mixture with strawberry candy scents.

The packaging is a little bit different than the lipstick version.

Made from a lightweight plastic packaging, but mostly it's mimicking steel and clear glass tube.

It's shorter, but wider than the lipstick..

Okay, I'm not even bother to swatch this. Obviously, it's only a clear gloss finish on the lips.

First of all, this is what's been my kind of a let down.

It's already broke when I got it.

 

I still try to use it as for my blog review.

The texture is quite nice, it glides smoothly on the lips.
Has a slightly lemony scents into it.
It's quite moisturizing, not drying your lips. Well.. it's made for that, right? 


SO Overall Thoughts..

When you first try and open it, it's feels hard and the formula is already dry in the tube.
But once you go through the first layer, you'll feel the real texture of this formula.


This lipstick and lipbalm are quite nice. I believe the price is so affordable as well.
Not the best formula and pigmentation out there, but it's worth to try if you need something that moisturize your lips.

For my liking, I'll pass these items in the store as I don't see anything unique from this line.
Also, the moisturizing formula is not the best from what I've tried from other brand.
